The first step is to make contact. That can be done via email or telephone. I will then call you back and have a chat to see if I can help and arrange a time which suits us both to see you.

In the first meeting we discuss what you expectations of counselling are. The sessions are 50 minutes and cost £40. I work with individuals that are 18 and over.

I am based mainly at The Hub in Ipswich and The Station Campsea Ashe. Details of locations are below;
